1/2 cup all purpose flour1 cup white sugar2 fresh eggs1/2 cup butter1/2 cup peanut1 teaspoon vanilla extract1 cup chocolate chips1 cup fresh cream1/2 teaspoon salt


METHOD OF MAKING CHOCOLATE CHIPS COOKIES


In a medium size bowl beat eggs and sugar with the help of electric beater and make a smooth mixture of it. After its add cream [8]in it and beat well.


In another bowl put all purpose flour and salt and mix it well in eggs and cream mixture. Now add vanilla extract and butter in it. And stir it well until it becomes a smooth mixture without having any lumps. It should be like a loaf of bread / dough [6]neither so thin nor so thick.


Now your mixture is ready so roll this and make small sizes of dough. Now on these small sizes dough spread chocolate chips and peanut chips on it [1]

HOW TO MAKE FRESH CREAM AT HOME

INGREDIENTS OF MAKING FRESH CREAM

  • 1 cup fresh heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • liquid milk


METHOD OF MAKING FRESH CREAM


Take a bowl pour thick boil milk and icing sugar in it and refrigerate it until its fully freeze When its frozen then put out the bowl from refrigerator and add vanilla extract or you can use any other flavor like strawberry chocolate almond , Coco powder in it [4]


WITH THIS FRESH CREAM YOU CAN MAKE WHIPPED CREAM ALSO METHOD IS BELOW

HOW TO PREPARE WHIPPED CREAM RECIPE


With the help of electric beater beat frozen fresh cream or you can used "ice shaker" as well now start to make its whipped cream You can also use electric whisks for blending mixing first several you will beats by d this cream but it will be not so whippy ice cream mix because of its solidness.


So leave it around timer site for 2 to 3 minutes to make it soft but not on melting point measurement because it should be as cold as possible now after 3 minutes on a high speed of electric beater , a stand mixer or electric whisk beat cream again [7]


If you will use liquid 4 in it then it takes a longer time to make whipped cream frosting so be careful by adding any liquid.


And another thing that if you will beat cream more over its times then its possible that your cream will be in the shape of butter catering not whipped.


So remember that only 2 times of beating is enough to make whipping cream first on high speed and second on medium speed [9]


Now your whipping cream is ready after 2 times of beating use this whipping cream for cake topping and for other desserts topping.


Note: your whipped cream will be double instead of fresh cream its means that when you put 1 cup of  fresh cream in a bowl then after whipping it will be double in quantity. store this real whipped cream in a can and use it for topping and decorate different desserts with fresh cream, store
