INGREDIENTS OF MAKING CHOCOLATE CHIP          COOKIE RECIPE

1/2 cup all purpose flour1 cup white sugar2 fresh eggs1/2 cup butter1/2 cup peanut1 teaspoon vanilla extract1 cup chocolate chips1 cup fresh cream1/2 teaspoon salt


METHOD OF MAKING CHOCOLATE CHIPS COOKIES


In a medium size bowl beat eggs and sugar with the help of electric beater and make a smooth mixture of it. After its add cream [8]in it and beat well.


In another bowl put all purpose flour and salt and mix it well in eggs and cream mixture. Now add vanilla extract and butter in it. And stir it well until it becomes a smooth mixture without having any lumps. It should be like a loaf of bread / dough [6]neither so thin nor so thick.


Now your mixture is ready so roll this and make small sizes of dough. Now on these small sizes dough spread chocolate chips and peanut chips on it [1]

Ingredients of making achaar biryani

White rice 2 cup
Salt 2 teaspoon
Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
Onion 1 medium sized
Tomato 1 large / curd / tomato ketchup
Green chillies 2 to 4
Ginger 1/2 teaspoon
Garlic 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
Dry coriander powder 1 teaspoon
1 teaspoon garam masala hot spices
Mixed pickles achaar 1 tablespoon
Vegetable ghee 1 tablespoon


Method of making achaar biryani recipe

Soak white rice in clean and clear water and keep aside, now chopped onion and take a kettle put ghee and chopped onions in it cook it until onion colour turn to golden brown now add diced tomatoes, green chillies and all other hot spices in it which quantity is mentioned above,



Now add half cup of water to fry this masala cook it until soften and mixed up, on the other side take a separate kettle put two cup water and 1 pinch salt in it and pour soaked white rice in it when rice boiled and soften remove this white rice kettle from stove,



After boiling white rice and frying spiced masala now it's time to mix it well so first add 1/3 cup of water in masala and also add achaar in this stage mix achaar in masala then add boiled rice in this achaar and masala mix it or you can layer this biryani,



Lid it for 15 minutes to cooked and absorb all spiced in rice after 15 minutes remove cover from biryani and mix it well to mix all spices then your baryani  is ready for eating dish it and serve this baryani to your family and friends and enjoy lazeez birayani at your dinner or in lunch,
