INGREDIENTS OF MAKING CHOCOLATE CHIP          COOKIE RECIPE

1/2 cup all purpose flour1 cup white sugar2 fresh eggs1/2 cup butter1/2 cup peanut1 teaspoon vanilla extract1 cup chocolate chips1 cup fresh cream1/2 teaspoon salt


METHOD OF MAKING CHOCOLATE CHIPS COOKIES


In a medium size bowl beat eggs and sugar with the help of electric beater and make a smooth mixture of it. After its add cream [8]in it and beat well.


In another bowl put all purpose flour and salt and mix it well in eggs and cream mixture. Now add vanilla extract and butter in it. And stir it well until it becomes a smooth mixture without having any lumps. It should be like a loaf of bread / dough [6]neither so thin nor so thick.


Now your mixture is ready so roll this and make small sizes of dough. Now on these small sizes dough spread chocolate chips and peanut chips on it [1]


When its done put these raw cookies tray in preheated oven for baking around 10 to 15 minutes. But one thing always remember that when you are baking you…

How to fulfill our daily limited protein portion which needs our body to build muscle to loose weight and all of above daily requirement of protein

So know you think that how to intake daily protein riched diet then its best to solution is to eat low fat meat like eggs or chicken



Red meat jis ko hum bara ghost kehty han it is riched in high protein which is so heavy than can cause of blood clots in our body heart diseases but we can not leave this one meat also so the best solution is to eat all types of meat and intake in low portion i means to say k eat everything of world but in smaller size because Dil to har cheeze khany ko chata ha and we can not break our heart by leaving our lovely dishes

So the next strategy rise in your mind if you recommend smaller size of protein daily then how much of protein i should intake daily then its answer is egg what wrong it's means one egg size meat protein in breakfast and one egg size protein at night you can consume egg also but some people have allergic with egg to eat it daily then they have the choice to intake other protein option



i am also a food lover and recipe blogger and i daily or sometime in a week publish my recipes but one thing is accomplish that i prefer to publish my recipes in low fat going to veggies lean meat but for some friends like meat recipes then i have to publish that ones leave it not going so long come to the point eat everything taste everything of world but in limit



When you eat a good food in excess quantity then it will be cause poison but when you eat this one same good food in balance diet then it would be consider your healthy diet


What wrong its truly i also like red meat but eat in smaller size whoes don't like meat everything of world is made for us then why not we taste it we eat it but in smaller size

One thing more i wanna discuss that some people want to reduce weight in Ramadan but it's necessary to keep balance your diet in sehri and aftaar and intake of water at whole night sehri and at the time of aftaar as possible i will publish my new post of reduce weight in Ramadan on another day because this article will become so long and reduce weight in Ramadan is another one long topic about healthy diet roza dishes etc



Now it's Ramazan "Ramadan" kareem month and we keep fasting "roza" keep hungry a whole day for our Allah but when we fast 'roza' then we have to strong it's not means to keep hungry a whole day it's means to prayer to recite Quran majeed to bring someone happiness on their face to soft heart for some ones to not anger on someone and to do every good work as possible for Allah' happiness

kiu k roza hum ny Allah k liye rakha ha us ke ibadat mein waqt guzarein dukhi insaniat human beings ke kidmat krein hamary Allah ge ko hamary bhooka piyasa rehny sy gharz nai us ko hamari niat sy gharz ha k hamari niat kia ha



so be happy spread happiness eat all things in Ramadan but in limit if your plate is fill with 4 samoosa 2 roti one plate of biryani 4 kabab 3 spring roll then do it best for yourself take another one plate now put one samosa from 4  put 1 roti from 2 one put half plate of biryani from one put 2 kabab from 4 one put 2 spring rolls from 3 one now done thats it your plate share is divided now to poor people you eat your share and poor ones eat their share because this month is to share something that we like if you can't afford food sharing then share another thing to poor people like one shoe pair one cloth and if it can not be affordable for you then share some pennies to them because it their right and right can not be snapped


Today you will divide something in the way of Allah then it will be save by Allah and when you will across some hardles or terrible situation in your life then it will be rewarded in double coins to you,
