METHOD OF MAKING CHOCOLATE CHIPS COOKIES


In a medium size bowl beat eggs and sugar with the help of electric beater and make a smooth mixture of it. After its add cream [8]in it and beat well.


In another bowl put all purpose flour and salt and mix it well in eggs and cream mixture. Now add vanilla extract and butter in it. And stir it well until it becomes a smooth mixture without having any lumps. It should be like a loaf of bread / dough [6]neither so thin nor so thick.

Ingredients of chocolate cheesecake pressure cooker

1/2 chocolate chip cookies
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 eggs
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup white sugar
1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp baking powder

Mix chocolate chip cookies and butter together and leave it on aside
now with the help of electric beater beat cream cheese until its smoothly then add chocolate chip cookies, all purpose flour, eggs, cinnamon powder, sugar, baking powder and butter in it, and process well until mixture looked well smooth,


Now add this mixture in a greased pan put this pan in to pressure cooker


Add 4 cup water in pressure cooker and take round stove stand which is equal to the size of pressure cooker then place this stand on the surface of cooker above water and place your batter of cheesecake pan on it,


Lid the pressure cooker tightly and seal it for 30 to 40 minutes until cheesecake bake properly


After 30 minutes remove pressure cooker from heat, and let the pressure cooker drop on its own temperature until rounded sete stop on its lid,


Remove cheesecake from pressure cooker to round tray, and let it to cool on room temperature,

Whipping cream

In the meanwhile pour whipping cream, melted chocolate, sugar, and vanilla extract in to electric beater bowl beat it well on medium speed of electric beater then add cocoa powder also in this batter and mix on low speed until cocoa powder mixed well

Ready to eat
