In a medium size bowl beat eggs and sugar with the help of electric beater and make a smooth mixture of it. After its add cream [8]in it and beat well.

In another bowl put all purpose flour and salt and mix it well in eggs and cream mixture. Now add vanilla extract and butter in it. And stir it well until it becomes a smooth mixture without having any lumps. It should be like a loaf of bread / dough [6]neither so thin nor so thick.

Now your mixture is ready so roll this and make small sizes of dough. Now on these small sizes dough spread chocolate chips and peanut chips on it [1]

Onion rings Ingredients: 1 large size onion
1 tsp salt
1 tsp red chilli powder
2 tbsp besan gram flour
Water for mixing
oil for frying as needed

First of all cut onion slices in round shape then separate these onion slices in to rings one by one and leave it on a side,

Now take a bowl put in gram flour, salt and red chilli powder add some water to mix well without leaving lumps in flour but remember your flour mixture should be neither thick nor thin it should be in smooth form,

Now put oil in frying pan as needed and switch on stove flame heat oil before frying onion rings then take onion slices one by one dip it in flour mixture then put these onion rings in to oil deep fry it until color change,

Now place tissue towel on a dish so that it can absorb excess oil from onion rings and transfer onion rings from frying pan to dish when it's color change,

Ingredients :

Carrot 1 kg
condensed milk powder 2 tbsp
Sugar 2 tbsp
2 cup water

Method :

Cut (carrots) gajar in to small thin pieces with the help of cutter or slicer , now take a kettle put 2 cup of water in it , leave these gajar to boil for 40 minutes on medium heat,

After 40 minutes carrot water will half dry now mix water in condensed milk to dissolve it and add milk , sugar in carrots now cook gajar halwa on full heat , cook it well by adding milk after 5 to 8 minutes until water will dry but stir continuously,

Fresh Pumpkin 1/2 kg
Sugar half cup
1 tbsp oil or vegetable ghee

Peel the skin of pumpkin , cut pumpkin in small size, then wash it and let it to boil for half an hour by adding one cup of water when it lightly softener then remove it from heat and leave it to cooled,

Ingredients of making achaar biryani

White rice 2 cup
Salt 2 teaspoon
Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
Onion 1 medium sized
Tomato 1 large / curd / tomato ketchup
Green chillies 2 to 4
Ginger 1/2 teaspoon
Garlic 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
Dry coriander powder 1 teaspoon
